3N3 Contingent Searches

FinanceStaff offers an abbreviated version of our Focused Recruiting^SM methodology on an employer paid success fee basis. We've named his service "3N3" because we dedicate a Recruiting Manager to your search for 3 weeks, with the goal of delivering up to 3 qualified candidates within the time frame. If we can't bring you qualified candidates, we'll give you honest feedback as to why we believe we can't, and suggestions that may increase your candidate flow.

In our experience, 80% of hires are identified within the first 3 weeks of the search. Of course, we will send qualified candidates who surface later, but we focus our resources where we can add the most value.

The 3N3 placement fee is a percentage of the position's first year compensation (base salary plus guaranteed bonuses). We offer a discount from our regular fee for exclusive or multiple placement agreements.
