1. Jump Start Planning Every
Focused RecruitingSM project begins
with development and delivery of a tailored
recruiting plan. We work with you and your hiring
team to get consensus on the positon requirements,
create screening and interview questions, and agree
on a hiring timeline. We'll even deliver a postable
job description and suggestions on where to post your
position. For a small up-front cost, you get expert
advice and a roadmap that will expedite the rest
of the process.
2. Recruitment Management. Want help
in implementing your recruiting plan? Forward us the
responses you receive from your postings, and we'll take
care of the candidate screening process. We'll also conduct
initial interviews, coordinate interviews for the hiring team,
check references, and assist with the offer and negotiations
process. The cost, inclusive of our Jump Start Planning
service, is approximately half the cost of traditional recruiting!
3. Specialized Sourcing. This low risk,
add-on option lets you consider external candidates at the
same time that you are sourcing on your own. We put all
candidates through the same rigorous assessment process.
The total fee, including our Jump Start Planning and
Recruiting Management services, will never be more than
the average traditional recruiting fee, and depending on
the source of the candidate hired, could still be 50% or
less of traditional recruiting fees.
