FEE-FOR-PLACEMENT

FinanceStaff's fee-for-placement placement services use the same methodology
as our recruiting projects, but are provided on an employer paid fee
basis. Our Focused RecruitingSM approach
includes recruiting, screening and qualifying applicants, checking
references, and providing assistance with the offer/acceptance process.
Fees are paid only if a FinanceStaff candidate is hired.
The placement fee is a percentage of the position's first year
compensation (base salary plus guaranteed bonuses). We offer a discount
from our regular fee for exclusive or multiple placement agreements.
