FinanceStaff is housed in the Communications Technology Cluster, on the second floor of the historic Rotunda Building in downtown Oakland. The Rotunda building is located diagonally across the plaza from the Oakland City Hall, in the plaza between 14th and 16th and between Broadway and Clay. There are entrances on Broadway, 16th Street and Frank H. Ogawa Plaza. Bistro Burger is on the ground floor on the Plaza side, and a Men's Wearhouse is on the ground floor on the Broadway side of the building.

Once you are in the building, take the elevator next to the guard desk up to the 2nd floor. (Do not take the stairs, as they do not exit at the 2nd floor.) There should be a receptionist at the 2nd floor lobby desk who can call us for you. If not, use the desk phone to call our office, 465-6070.

VIA BART:

Exit BART at the 12th Street/City Center Station in downtown Oakland. Take the escalator at the far North end of the station to Frank H. Ogawa Plaza. If you are facing the turnstile in the middle of the station, the exit you want will be on your right, down the hallway. Walk straight ahead to the second building on the right, 300 Frank H. Ogawa Plaza, The Rotunda Building.

VIA CAR:

From San Francisco or Richmond:
Cross the BAY BRIDGE or RICHMOND BRIDGE toward the East Bay and follow I-580 E towards Hayward. Merge onto I-980 W towards downtown Oakland. Take the 18TH STREET and 14TH STREET exit. Stay straight to go onto BRUSH ST. Turn LEFT onto 17TH ST. Turn RIGHT onto CLAY STREET. There is a parking garage at the corner of CLAY and 14TH ST., on the left.

From Walnut Creek:
Take CA-24 West through the Caldecott Tunnel and continue toward Oakland. CA-24 W becomes I-980 W. Take the 18TH STREET and 14TH STREET exit. Stay straight to go onto BRUSH ST. Turn LEFT onto 17TH ST. Turn RIGHT onto CLAY STREET. There is a parking garage at the corner of CLAY and 14TH ST., on the left.

From Hayward:
Take I-880 N towards Oakland. At Oakland, take I-980 E towards CA-24/WALNUT CREEK. Merge onto I-980 E. Take the 17TH ST exit, Exit 1B, towards SAN PABLO AVE. Turn RIGHT onto 17TH ST. Turn RIGHT onto CLAY STREET. There is a parking garage at the corner of CLAY and 14TH ST., on the left.
